If you have broken gear or you simply need to return merchandise for a refund or exchange, follow the easy steps below so that we can process your requests quickly and accurately. Please read this entire page before taking action to make sure our return policy is fully understood.

2) Wait for return instructions from Grizzly Sports before shipping your gear back.

NOTE: If you are returning gear for a full refund or exchange, the gear you are sending back MUST be in it's original condition, in it's packaging with all tags still attached and any extra documentation like warranty cards etc. such as mounting hardware included in the box you are sending back. Grizzly Sports reserves the right to give partial or no refund if the gear you are sending back does not meet these requirements.
**WARRANTY CLAIMS**
- Shipping us your product will expedite the warranty process and in most cases it is required to receive replacement product. Return shipping rates to customers in the greater 48 United States are as follows:
Wakeboards/Snowboards: $27 /ea
Surfboards: $35 /ea
Boots/Bindings: $12 /ea - If your gear seems to be damaged in shipping please file a claim with UPS here or USPS here if you are an international customer
- If your gear has been damaged due to manufacturer defect please follow the steps listed above
- Claims will be processed at our discretion in some cases your gear must be received by Grizzly Sports before we can send you a replacement.
- Grizzly Sports does not "match" express shipping methods. They are available at an extra cost.
**BEFORE SENDING YOUR GEAR BACK**

If your package does not contain your name & contact information it will not get processed in a timely manner.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories in order to receive a full refund.

Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.

Packages must be returned prepaid.

Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.

We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.

If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given at our discretion.

All shipping and insurance charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.
